Ask for an agreement in Larito
Copy the ready-made message or send it from your phone. Your landlord creates an account, and you get a link to the agreement.
For the landlord, one flat costs PLN 0, and for tenants Larito is always free.

The message is in Polish, ready to send to your landlord.
Larito doesn't send anything on your behalf: you send the message yourself, from your own e-mail or phone.
Your data
Documents with your PESEL number are protected by a 6-digit PIN that you set on your first visit. Your landlord is the controller of your data, and Larito processes it on the landlord's behalf, on servers in the EU.
The rules are set out in the tenant terms and the privacy policy, both in Polish.
Questions from tenants
Does the money go through Larito?
No. You pay the rent by bank transfer straight to your landlord's account, and Larito only shows you the amount, the due date and the transfer details. It doesn't charge you any fees or commission.
Do I have to create an account?
No. You get a link by e-mail or text message and open your portal in the browser, without installing anything. Documents with your PESEL number are protected by a 6-digit PIN that you set on your first visit. Larito is free for tenants.
How do I sign the agreement?
With a qualified electronic signature, which is equivalent to a handwritten one (Article 78¹ of the Civil Code, Kodeks cywilny): free of charge in the mObywatel app (5 signatures a month) or with your own certificate from a commercial provider, such as SimplySign, Certum or Autenti.
Without mObywatel, for example if you have no PESEL number, you sign on paper or with a commercial qualified signature, and Larito checks that the signature in the uploaded file is valid.
Does the portal work in Ukrainian and English?
Yes. The portal, the signing page and messages are in Polish, English or Ukrainian, and you switch the language yourself. The translation of the agreement stands next to the Polish text, and the Polish version is binding.
For landlords: your first flat for PLN 0
If you are the one letting a flat, you can run the agreement, payments, handover report and security deposit in Larito, and your first flat costs nothing.
One flat for PLN 0, no card needed. The landlord app is in Polish.
